　　1）如有不明白之處，請務(wù)必先咨詢我單位技術(shù)人員，避免不必要的損失；2）微生物菌種應(yīng)保藏于低溫、清潔干燥的地方，室溫放置時間過長會導(dǎo)致菌種衰退；3）菌種操作應(yīng)在無菌條件下進(jìn)行；轉(zhuǎn)種完畢，應(yīng)經(jīng)滅菌再做丟棄處理；4）應(yīng)根據(jù)菌種狀況及時轉(zhuǎn)接，凍干菌種保藏時間通常為2-25年
